What is the Endurance Performance Package?

The Endurance Performance Package is designed for cyclists, triathletes, runners, and any athlete whose primary training demand is sustained aerobic output. It begins with a comprehensive physical strength and power profiling before moving into physiological testing block — VO₂ max, blood lactate threshold, and running or cycling economy — producing a complete performance profile unique to you.

From there, key recommendations are discussed around your real physiological thresholds. Your Zone 2 ceiling, threshold pace, and VO₂ max intervals are anchored to your lab data — removing the guesswork that limits most self-coached endurance athletes.

Neuromuscular & Physical Testing

Key strength, power and neuromusclar markers for endurance performance are tested using our force plate and dynanometry technology. This includes injury risk testing for limb symmetry index.

Blood Lactate Threshold Testing
40min
Blood lactate threshold testing to identify (LT1 + LT2), and economy metrics at incremental paces - these 2 metrics allow for identification of key metabolic training zones and predictive calculations of race pace.

VO₂ Max Testing

A VO₂ Max Ramp protocol is then completed to understand your true cardiovascular ceiling using our metabolic analyser. This information completes our training zone & endurance profiling.

Review & Re-Test
Every 8–12 weeks
We then review the data, and send you a complete report with key recommendations to action. Periodic re-testing tracks physiological adaptation. As your fitness evolves, your zones are updated — ensuring your program stays calibrated to where you actually are, not where you were when you started.

Does this replace a coach?
No — the Complete Endurance Package is a testing and assessment package, not a coaching service itself.It gives you a complete physiological profile (strength, power, metabolic and cardiovascular performance) and accurate training zones using advanced software. You can act on the results yourself or share them with your coach to inform their program design. If you would like guidance/coaching - this can be discussed during your testing session where we use our strength & conditioning software to provide a periodised program specific for your goals.
Is this for running or cycling?
Both. The Complete Endurance Package is designed for triathletes, cyclists and runners of all levels. The combined Lactate Threshold and VO₂ Max testing can be performed on a treadmill, bike or rowing machine, and your zones are expressed in the metrics that matter for your discipline — pace and heart rate for runners, power and heart rate for cyclists, or both for triathletes.
How is this different from the Runner Package?
The Complete Endurance Package (120 min, $419) suits all endurance athletes — triathletes, cyclists and runners — and combines force-plate strength and power assessment with Advanced Lactate Threshold and VO₂ Max testing, analysed in our software. The Runner Package is run-specific and adds running gait analysis and running economy. If you're primarily a runner, the Runner Package is the better fit.
How far out from my event should I start?
The earlier the better — testing well before your event gives you accurate training zones to guide the bulk of your preparation. That said, the package is valuable at any stage: even close to race day, knowing your true thresholds and zones lets you sharpen your pacing and fuelling strategy rather than guessing.
Can I do re-testing as my fitness improves?
Yes — re-testing is a great way to track progress, and we offer re-testing options for returning athletes (ask us about our current re-testing offers). As your fitness improves your zones shift, so periodic re-testing keeps your training zones accurate and your sessions effective.
