The Hybrid Performance Package takes a different approach: it profiles both your aerobic physiology and your strength and power capacity, then builds a program specifically designed to develop both qualities concurrently without the interference effect that derails most concurrent training attempts.

Aerobic Physiological Testing

VO₂ max and blood lactate threshold testing establish your aerobic ceiling and training zones. These anchors inform the endurance component of your hybrid program and determine how much aerobic work you can sustain without compromising strength adaptation.

Strength & Power Assessment
~ 20min
Maximal strength, explosive power, and bilateral symmetry are assessed using validated protocols. These results set the strength benchmarks your program targets and identify any asymmetries that need addressing before heavy loading is introduced.

Functional Movement Testing

Using our gyrosope technology we quantify key functional tests with fatigue testing. This includes for instance: wall ball capacity testing, burpee capacity testing, olympic lifting force-velocity profiling & movement control quantification.
