The four-step GymTherapy process

Every GymTherapy client goes through the same proven process — whether you’re recovering from injury, building longevity, or training for elite performance.

Test & Measure
We begin with objective, data-driven testing tailored to your goals. This might include VO₂ Max, Strength & Power Testing, Running Gait Analysis, Movement & MObility Testing assessments. All decisions start with your data.

Understand Your Baseline
Your results are analysed by our clinical team to identify strengths, weaknesses, imbalances and opportunities. You receive a clear picture of where you are against evidence-based benchmarks — and where you need to go.

Build Your Plan
Using your data, our team designs a personalised physiotherapy, rehabilitation or performance plan. Each program is structured around the five Health & Performance Pillars and periodised toward your specific goals and timeline.

Track, Adapt & Progress
Progress is monitored against your baseline data throughout the programme. We adapt the plan as you improve, ensuring the approach stays aligned with your changing physiology and goals. Re-testing validates the outcomes.
