Where are the GymTherapy clinics?×

We have three Brisbane clinics: West End (387 Montague Road, at Studio99), Newstead (27b Doggett Street, at Club Bunker) and Woolloongabba (993 Stanley Street East). Same-week availability across all three locations — Monday to Saturday, with evening appointments at West End and Newstead.

Do you accept HICAPS or Medicare?+

Yes — HICAPS rebates are processed on the spot at the end of your appointment with your private health card. Medicare-eligible services covered under an EPC plan from your GP are also bulk-billed where applicable. No paperwork to chase.

Are your physiotherapists AHPRA-registered?+

Every practitioner is fully AHPRA-registered with sports physio expertise and continuing education built into our weekly schedule. View our team page to see profiles, specialisations and locations.

Do I need a GP referral?+

No — physiotherapy in Australia is first-contact care. You can book directly without a referral. For Medicare-rebated services, you’ll need an EPC plan from your GP first.

What’s a typical first session like?+

Most clients start with a 30–60 minute consultation where we review your history, goals and any current pain or limitations. From there we build a measurement plan and book the next session — usually an assessment or your first treatment.
