A thorough assessment using our contemporary technology to obtain baseline range of motion, strength, power, and dynamic stability/balance data provides us the foundation to deliver individualised care
2. Individualised Treatment - Manual Therapy & Soft Tissue Techniques

KEY TERMS YOU WILL LEARN ABOUT DURING THE PROGRAM
As part of the program, we address a variety of factors that contribute to your performance:
Velocity Based Training (VBT): A type of training whereby the use of specific technology is used to track the speed of the movement being performed. It allows for load/velocity profiling, setting thresholds and providing real-time feedback to enhance training.
Motor Control: Described as the initiation, grading, and regulation of movement involving the musculoskeletal and nervous system.
Strength Capacity: Also described as strength endurance, capacity measurements and programming assist in improving fatigue resistance of muscles.
Reactive Strength Index (RSI): This is a measure of the reactive jump capacity and an individual's ability to rapidly change from eccentric motion into concentric contraction - an expression of dynamic vertical junp capacity.
Growth & Maturation: Quite simply, the process of growing and becoming mature. The maturation process is from early childhood to adolescence and the full adult state, whereby various physiological, physical, and psychological changes occur.
Ground Contact Time (GCT): This is a measure of the time you are in contact with the ground. This is a particularly useful metric when used with other variables such as velocity and flight time, providing context as to how an individual is expressing force.
